Recombinant Human Anti-GPC3 x Human Anti-4-1BB Bispecific Antibody (IgG(H)-scFv) is designed to be expressed as a LC and an extended HC with scFv moiety linked to the C terminus. The anti-4-1BB scFvs are fused to the C terminus of the anti-GPC3 IgG-Fc chain. It is a symmetric bispecific and tetravalent molecule, bivalent for each antigen specificity, 2+2 antigen-binding valency. This BsAb can activate 4-1BB signaling, leading to T cell activation against HER2-overexpressing tumors. It is designed for the research of Breast cancer; Gastric cancer; Prostate cacncer; Ovarian cancer; Solid tumors therapy.
