Recombinant Humanized Anti-GPRC5D x Anti-CD3 Bispecific Antibody (BsIgG) is an IgG4 bispecific antibody designed to be expressed as four chains. It has the general size and structure of a conventional IgG. It is designed for the research of multiple myeloma therapy. By simultaneously targeting GPRC5D on thumor cells and CD3 on T cells, this recombinant humanized Anti-GPRC5D x Anti-CD3 bispecific antibody exerts anti-tumor effect through T cell-mediated cytotoxicity.
