Recombinant Human Anti-HER2 x Human Anti-4-1BB Bispecific Antibody (Fab-scFv-Fc) is designed to be expressed as three polypeptide chains, encoding two heavy chains (Fc-containing chains) and one light chain, respectively. The Fab of anti-HER2 antibody variable domain is fused to the Fc-knob domain with a hinge region and the same as the scFv of anti-4-1BB to the Fc-hole domain, or vice versa. The Fab-Fc and scFv-Fc fragments can be paired via the interaction of the Fc regions. This BsAb can activate 4-1BB signaling, leading to T cell activation against HER2-overexpressing tumors. It is designed for the research of Breast cancer; Gastric cancer; Prostate cacncer; Ovarian cancer; Solid tumors therapy.
