Recombinant Anti-HER2 x Anti-VEGF Bispecific Antibody (IgG-sdAb) is designed to be expressed as a LC and an extended HC with a sdAb linked to the C terminus. It is a symmetric bispecific and tetravalent molecule, bivalent for each antigen specificity, 2+2 antigen-binding valency. This BsAb can bind two factors simultaneously and inhibit cell proliferation. It is designed for the research of Colorectal cancer; Breast cancer; Lung cancer; Renal cell cancer (RCC); Glioma cancer; Glioblastoma; Ovarian cancer therapy. As required, the sdAb can also be fused to the C terminus of the LC.
