Recombinant Anti-HER2 x Anti-VEGF Bispecific Antibody (Minibody) (MiniB-168)

Recombinant Anti-HER2 x Anti-VEGF Bispecific Antibody (Minibody) is designed to be expressed as a scFv from an anti-HER2 scFv fused to N-terminus of Knob-CH3 domain and the anti-VEGF scFv to the Hole-CH3 domain, or vice versa. The CH3 domains are further stabilized by C-terminal disulfide bonds. This BsAb can bind two factors simultaneously and inhibit cell proliferation. It is designed for the research of Colorectal cancer; Breast cancer; Lung cancer; Renal cell cancer (RCC); Glioma cancer; Glioblastoma; Ovarian cancer therapy.
