Recombinant Anti-HER2 x Anti-VEGF Bispecific Antibody (sdAb-Fc-sdAb, Tetravalent Heavy Chain-only Antibody, Tetravalent HCAb) is symmetric protein with two pairs of single domain antibodies (sdAb), from anti-HER2 and anti-VEGF antibodies, fused to the N-terminus and C-terminus of the Fc separately. This BsAb is bispecific, tetravelant, 2+2 antigen-binding valency. It can bind two factors simultaneously and inhibit cell proliferation. It is designed for the research of Colorectal cancer; Breast cancer; Lung cancer; Renal cell cancer (RCC); Glioma cancer; Glioblastoma; Ovarian cancer therapy.
