Recombinant Anti-HER3 x Anti-IGF1R Bispecific Antibody (sdAb-Fc-sdAb, Tetravalent Heavy Chain-only Antibody, Tetravalent HCAb) is symmetric protein with two pairs of single domain antibodies (sdAb), from anti-HER3 and anti-IGF1R antibodies, fused to the N-terminus and C-terminus of the Fc separately. This BsAb is bispecific, tetravelant, 2+2 antigen-binding valency. It can bind and inactivate two receptors simultaneously. It is designed for the research of Pancreatic cancer; Hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) therapy.
