Recombinant Anti-HIV-1 gp41 x Anti-CD89 Bispecific Antibody (Single-chain Triplebody) is designed to be expressed as a single chain with three scFv units, two distal binding sites for HIV-1 gp41 and a central site for CD89 . It contains a His-tag at the C/N terminus for affinity purification. This BsAb can retarget macrophages to HIV-1 infected cells. It is designed for the research of HIV-1 infection, AIDS therapy.
