Recombinant Anti-malaria antigen x Anti-CD32B Bispecific Antibody (Single-chain Triplebody) is designed to be expressed as a single chain with three scFv units, two distal binding sites for malaria antigen and a central site for CD32B. It contains a His-tag at the C/N terminus for affinity purification. This BsAb can retarget NK cells to genus plasmodium. It is designed for the research of Malaria therapy.
