Recombinant Human Anti-PD-L1 x Human Anti-EGFR Bispecific Antibody (Fab-scFv-Fc) is designed to be expressed as three polypeptide chains, encoding two heavy chains (Fc-containing chains) and one light chain, respectively. The Fab of anti-PD-L1 antibody variable domain is fused to the Fc-knob domain with a hinge region and the same as the scFv of anti-EGFR to the Fc-hole domain, or vice versa. The Fab-Fc and scFv-Fc fragments can be paired via the interaction of the Fc regions. This BsAb can block PD-L1 signal and inhibit EGF-mediated proliferation, and retarget T cells to EGFR+ tumor cells. It is designed for the research of Head and neck cancer; Colorectal cancer (CRC); Glioblastoma multiforme (GBM); Squamous cancer; Glioblastoma; Medulloblastoma; Non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC); Renal cell cancer (RCC); Solid tumors therapy.
