Recombinant Anti-S. pneumoniae x Anti-CD89 Bispecific Antibody (Single-chain Triplebody) is designed to be expressed as a single chain with three scFv units, two distal binding sites for S. pneumoniae and a central site for CD89 . It contains a His-tag at the C/N terminus for affinity purification. This BsAb can retarget NK cells to genus plasmodium. It is designed for the research of S. pneumoniae infection therapy.
