Anti-CD16 x Anti-MET Bispecific aptamer (DNA/DNA) consists of an anti-CD16 DNA aptamer and an anti-MET DNA aptamer, linked by a single-stranded DNA (ssDNA) spacer. It is monovalent for each antigen specificity, 1+1 antigen-binding valency. This bispecific aptamer (BsApt) can retarget NK cells to tumor cells. It is designed for the research of Pancreatic cancer; Ovarian cancer; Breast cancer; Bile duct cancer (BDC) therapy.
