Anti-CD16 x Anti-MUC1 Bispecific aptamer (DNA/DNA) consists of two anti-CD16 DNA aptamers and two anti-MUC1 DNA aptamers, linked by three single-stranded DNA (ssDNA) spacers. It is bivalent for each antigen specificity, 2+2 antigen-binding valency. This bispecific aptamer (BsApt) can retarget NK cells to tumor cells. It is designed for the research of Pancreatic cancer; Ovarian cancer; Breast cancer; Bile duct cancer (BDC) therapy.
