Anti-CD62L x Anti-PTK7 Bispecific aptamer (DNA/DNA) consists of an anti-CD62L DNA aptamer and an anti-PTK DNA aptamer, formed by hybridization and circularization. It is monovalent for each antigen specificity, 1+1 antigen-binding valency. This bispecific aptamer (BsApt) can retarget T cells to tumor cells. It is designed for the research of Acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL) therapy.
