Recombinant Human Anti-BCMA x Human Anti-TACI Tandem Fab-RTA immunotoxin (Bispecific Immunotoxin) (BSFAB-RTA019)

Recombinant Anti-BCMA x Anti-TACI Tandem Fab-RTA immunotoxin (Bispecific Immunotoxin) is designed to be expressed as the Ricin A chain (RTA) fused to a tandem Fab recognizing BCMA and TACI. It contains three chains and a His-tag at the C/N terminus for affinity purification. The two Fd regions are connected by a flexible linker. This bispecific immunotoxin can deliver RTA to antigen-specific cells. Then RTA can damage ribosomes, inhibit protein synthesis and kill the target cells. The bispecific immunotoxin is designed for the research of Lymphoma therapy.
