Recombinant Human Anti-PDGFR2 x Human Anti-VEGFR2 Tandem Fab-ABR immunotoxin (Bispecific Immunotoxin) (BSFAB-ABR035)

Recombinant Anti-PDGFR2 x Anti-VEGFR2 Tandem Fab-ABR immunotoxin (Bispecific Immunotoxin) is designed to be expressed as the abrin-a A chain (ABRa-A) fused to a tandem Fab recognizing PDGFR2 and VEGFR2. It contains three chains and a His-tag at the C/N terminus for affinity purification. The two Fd regions are connected by a flexible linker. This bispecific immunotoxin can deliver ABRa-A to antigen-specific cells. Then ABR is a type II ribosome inactivating protein (RIP) and can kill the target cells. The bispecific immunotoxin is designed for the research of Cancers therapy.
