Recombinant Anti-CTLA4 x Anti-PD1 Tandem scFv-ABR immunotoxin (Bispecific Immunotoxin) is designed to be expressed as the abrin-a A chain (ABRa-A) fused to a tandem scFv recognizing CTLA4 and PD1. It contains a His-tag at the C/N terminus for affinity purification. This bispecific immunotoxin can deliver ABRa-A to antigen-specific cells. Then ABR is a type II ribosome inactivating protein (RIP) and can kill the target cells. The bispecific immunotoxin is designed for the research of autoimmune disease therapy.
