Recombinant Human Anti-CD3 x Anti-CD123 x Anti-CD33 Trispecific Antibody (Fab-scFv-scFv) is designed to be expressed as two polypeptide chains respectively. The Fd fragment and LC from an anti-CD3 antibody are both extended with two scFv fragments from an anti-CD123 antibody and an anti-CD33 antibody. This TsAb has 1+1+1 antigen-binding valency, it can retarget T cells to tumor cells with higher specificity. It is designed for the research of Acute myeloid leukaemic (AML) therapy.
