Recombinant Human Anti-CD3 x Anti-CD28 x Anti-CD38 Trispecific Antibody (IgG-scFv) is designed to be expressed as an anti-CD3x Anti-CD38 bispecific IgG appended with anti-CD28 scFvs. This TsAb has 1+2+1 antigen-binding valency, it provides two signals to activate T cells and recruit them to CD38+ tumor cells. It is designed for the research of Multiple myeloma (MM); Hematologic malignancies therapy.
