Recombinant Anti-CD33 x Anti-CD16 x Anti-CD19 Bispecific Antibody (Single-chain Triplebody) is designed to be expressed as a single chain with three scFv units, two distal binding sites for CD33 and CD19, a central site for CD16. It contains a His-tag at the C/N terminus for affinity purification. This BsAb can retarget NK cells to tumor cells. It is designed for the research of Acute myeloid leukemia (AML) therapy.
