Anti-CMV T cell receptor (C (6)), pCDTCR1 (TCR-ZP018)

The vector of anti-CMV T cell receptor (TCR) is constructed for the engineering of T cell to target CMV. The T cells are genetically modified through transduction with a lentiviral vector expressing CMV-specific T cell receptor. And the vector product was designed for the treatment of Chronic myeloid leukemia (CML),Melanoma.

  • Introduction
  • CMV is a plant pathogenic virus in the family Bromoviridae. It is the type member of the plant virus genus, Cucumovirus. This virus has a worldwide distribution and a very wide host range.
