The vector of anti-IL13Rα2 chimeric antigen receptor (CAR) is a ligand-based CAR constructed for the engineering of T cells to target human IL13Rα2. The T cells are genetically modified through transduction with a lentiviral vector expressing protein of IL13(E13Y) linked to CD3ζ and CD28 signaling domains. And the vector product was designed for the treatment of glioblastoma multiforme.
