The vector of anti-MUC1 chimeric antigen receptor(CAR) is constructed for the engineering of T cell to target human MUC1. The T cell is genetically modified through transduction with a lentiviral vector expressing anti-MUC1 VHH linked to FcεRIγ signaling domains. And the vector product was designed for the treatment of breast adenocarcinoma.
