The vector of anti-PSMA chimeric antigen receptor (CAR) is constructed for the engineering of T cells to target human PSMA. The T cells are genetically modified through transduction with a lentiviral vector expressing scFv of anti-PSMA antibody linked to CD3-zeta and b2c signaling domains. And the vector product was designed for the treatment of prostate cancer, ALS, and other neurodegenerative diseases such as Park.
