We are looking a Senior Scientist to be part of a team focusing on mRNA Therapeutics. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in our innovative mRNA therapeutics group in developing mRNA, DNA plasmid and enzyme to promote the development of preclinical research.
Key Responsibilities
Develop various mRNA therapeutics and execute various biochemistry and cell/molecular biology assays aiming at evaluating mRNA candidates.
Design, coordinate and analyze in vivo studies for the analysis of biomarkers and mRNA activity.
Data analysis and experiment troubleshooting.
Assist in lab management and collaborate effectively with other research teams.
Prepare and deliver communications and program updates to senior management.
Basic Qualifications
Advanced degree with 5 years of research experience in molecular virology or virology.
Solid technical knowledge and hands-on experience with essential laboratory skills including tissue culture, RNA and protein analysis, fluorescence and confocal microscopy, and animal handling.
Excellent communication skills (both oral and written) and ability to work both independently and as part of a laboratory team.
Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Ability to lead multiple projects simultaneously while meeting company timelines.
Project leadership experience is preferred.
