The preclinical PK/PD group of Creative Biolabs is responsible for evaluating the preclinical pharmacokinetics and disposition of therapeutic proteins/peptides and monoclonal antibodies. Now, we are looking for a PK/PD project manager to contribute in a team environment to help global customers characterize factors influencing the absorption, disposition, and pharmacodynamic properties of their biologic therapeutics in development.
Key Responsibilities
Establish, nurture and grow client relationships.
Serve as a subject matter expert for Preclinical Pharmacokinetics/ Pharmacodynamics, providing advice on the design of preclinical PK/pharmacology studies.
Partner with cross-functional colleagues to develop customized PK strategies and full-scale project schedules for each project.
Report project progress to sponsors by phone and email.
Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of the relevant scientific literature as well as regulatory guidances and best practices as they pertain to PK/PD.
Basic Qualifications
Advanced degree in Pharmacokinetics/Pharmacodynamics or a related discipline in Pharmaceutical Sciences.
Experience in preclinical drug discovery and development, including small molecule and protein/monoclonal antibody therapeutics.
Demonstrate strong communication skills with the ability to integrate diverse perspectives, adroitly deliver critical messaging.
Ability to handle multiple simultaneous projects and run contesting priorities.
Excellent communication (written/verbal), presentation and leadership skills are required.
Knowledge of and experience with relevant PK/PD software applications (e.g. WinNonLin) is preferred.
