CLIA is an assay that combines a chemiluminescent system with immunoreaction to determine the concentration of samples according to the intensity of the luminescence that the chemical reaction emits. Some reagents have been used as CLIA labels, and upon the introduction of the CIAL substrates, the system produces chemiluminescence so that the samples can be detected quantitatively.
