Overview | |
---|---|
Description | The kit is an ELISA kit used to quantitatively measure Human KLK5 concentrations in various samples, including serum, plasma, blood, cell culture supernatant, and related supernatants and tissues. |
Features | Ready-used for protease assay. |
Applications | Kit is used to study the Kallikrein 5 protease in biological samples. |
Application Notes | The kit assay offers a quantitative analysis of the analyte in your samples by generating a signal proportional to the amount of bound analyte. |
Research Areas | Kinase Drug Discovery; Signal Pathway; |
Specification | |
---|---|
Size | 96 tests |
Components | The kit is supplied with an assay kit including Dismountable ELISA Microplates, Lyophilized Standard, Assay Diluent A & B, Detection Reagent A & B, Wash Buffer, Substrate, Stop Solution, and Plate Sealer. |
Target | Kallikrein 5 |
Species Reactivity | Human |
Target/Description | KLK5-specific antibodies are pre-coated on the micro ELISA plate provided. Standards or samples are added to the plate wells, along with a biotinylated detection antibody for KLK5 and an Avidin-HRP conjugate. After incubation and washing to remove non-specific binding, a substrate solution is added to each well. Only wells containing KLK5, the biotinylated detection antibody, and the Avidin-HRP conjugate will exhibit a color change. The enzyme-substrate reaction is stopped with a sulphuric acid solution, and the optical density (OD) is measured at 450 nm ± 2 nm using a spectrophotometer. |
