Background
As an important part of IND-enabling in drug discovery, sub-acute toxicity has the ability to characterize the toxicological profile of test substance after repeated administration, which including but not limited to providing detailed information on toxic effects, potential target organs, effects on physiological functions, hematology, clinical chemistry, pathology, and histopathology.
