Recombinant adenovirus, pU6-(Human IRAK2 3'UTR), Overexpression(CAT#: AdV-GTOH0041WQ)
The product is an adenovirus vector containing the insertion of IRAK2 3'UTR gene. This IRAK2 gene encodes the interleukin-1 receptor-associated kinase 2, one of two putative serine/threonine kinases that become associated with the interleukin-1 receptor (IL1R) upon stimulation. IRAK2 is reported to participate in the IL1-induced upregulation of NF-kappaB. The product is suitable for stable overexpression of exogenous gene in various types of cells and can be used in gene therapy research and development.
