6,6'-Trehalose dioleate

CAT#: GLJF-1125-HX175

Specifications
Description
This compound is a glycolipid, 6,6'-trehalose dioleate (TDO), that has emerged as a functional excipient for reducing the inherent toxicity associated with lipid nanoparticles (LNPs). When incorporated into the LNP formulation, TDO can form stabilizing hydrogen bonds with polar biological molecules. This unique property enables it to partially substitute for the traditional ionizable lipid component, thereby creating a more stable LNP structure.
