A murine model was generated to reproduce immune responses against type A blood group antigens, providing a platform for therapeutic evaluation. Mice were sensitized through controlled immunization introducing type A-specific determinants, inducing circulating antibodies. Serological assays, including hemagglutination and antigen-binding tests, confirmed antibody activity. Flow cytometry and immunohistochemistry validated selective recognition of type A epitopes with minimal cross-reactivity. This approach demonstrated the feasibility of inducing blood group–specific immunity in animals and established a reliable system for exploring glycan-directed therapies. The model supports investigation of antibody mechanisms and testing strategies that leverage natural blood group antigens in oncology and immunotherapy.
