Description
306-O12B is a biodegradable ionizable lipid used to create lipid nanoparticles (LNPs) for the delivery of mRNA. The 306-O12B LNP delivery system was more efficient in mRNA delivery compared to an MC3 LNP system in the liver. Monocarpin is a cyclic lipid with a biodegradable 306-O12B core derived from the monocarpia marine plant.
