| Description | GlycoErase™ AVPR1A knockout HEK293T cell line is a human embryonic kidney (HEK293T) model in which AVPR1A has been deleted. AVPR1A encodes a vasopressin GPCR that couples to phospholipase C to drive IP3-dependent Ca²⁺ mobilization, influencing contraction, platelet activation, glycogenolysis, and proliferation. In HEK293T cells, receptor loss creates a clean human platform for GPCR signal transduction analysis, Ca²⁺ imaging assays, biased agonism/protean ligand studies, and cardiovascular or hemostasis-relevant pharmacology. |
