Description The B3GALT6 knockout (CHO-K1) cell line, deficient in B3GALT6 beta-1,3-galactosyltransferase 6, may disrupt glycosylation in the Golgi apparatus of CHO cells, B3GALT6, a medial Golgi galactosyltransferase, acts on substrates with terminal beta-linked galactose, impacting Golgi-specific glycosylation events and therapeutic protein processing in CHO.
