GlycoErase™ B3GLCT Knockout CHO-K1 Cell Line

CAT#: GLJF-0425-JF115

Datasheet Request COA
Overview
Description
The B3GLCT knockout (CHO-K1) cell line, without B3GLCT beta 3-glucosyltransferase, may disrupt O-linked glycosylation of TSRs in CHO cells and potentially contribute to Peters-plus syndrome-related studies, B3GLCT transfers glucose to O-linked fucosylglycans on thrombospondin type-1 repeats, relevant to O-glycan modification of TSR-containing therapeutic proteins in CHO.
