Description To probe B4GALT3 beta-1,4-galactosyltransferase 3 function in CHO-S cells, and to determine its broad role in biosynthesis of various glycoconjugates as a member of the beta4GalT family, the B4GALT3 knockout CHO-S cell line is constructed as a research tool to investigate general glycoconjugate biosynthesis disruption and its potential consequences for the CHO-S cell glycosylation landscape.
