GlycoErase™ DPY19L3 Knockout KD Cell Line

CAT#: GLJF-0425-JF651

Datasheet Request COA
Overview
Description
The DPY19L3 knockout KD cell line, derived from an extra-cranial rhabdoid tumor, lacks the DPY19L3 protein, a dpy-19 like C-mannosyltransferase 3 involved in protein glycosylation in the ER membrane. DPY19L3 knockout in rhabdoid cancer cells can be used to study ER-localized protein glycosylation changes in this pediatric sarcoma context, impacting protein folding, trafficking, and potentially interactions within the ER microenvironment.
