Description
The DPY19L4 knockout KD cell line, derived from an extra-cranial rhabdoid tumor, lacks the DPY19L4 protein, a predicted membrane-bound ER dpy-19 like C-mannosyltransferase 4. DPY19L4 knockout in rhabdoid cancer cells allows investigation of membrane protein C-mannosylation in this pediatric sarcoma, potentially affecting cell surface protein functions, signaling, and interactions with the rhabdoid tumor microenvironment.
