GlycoErase™ FUT11 Knockout Human Prostate Cancer Cell 22RV1

CAT#: GLJF-0525-JF274

Datasheet Request COA
Overview
Description
The FUT11 knockout 22RV1 cell line, deficient in fucosyltransferase 11, provides a system to investigate the impact of impaired Golgi-localized N-glycan fucosylation in prostate cancer; the absence of FUT11, predicted to be located in the Golgi cisterna membrane and Golgi membrane, may disrupt specific N-glycan modifications crucial for Golgi-associated protein processing and function in prostate cancer cells.
