GlycoErase™ FUT11 Knockout Jurkat Cell Line (CAT#: GLJF-0425-JF1170)

Datasheet
SizeQtyAdd To Basket
2 M cells/vial*2

Description FUT11 knockout Jurkat cell line lacks the FUT11 protein, a fucosyltransferase 11. It enables fucosyltransferase activity, and is involved in N-glycan fucosylation. It is predicted to be located in the Golgi cisterna membrane and Golgi membrane. Loss of FUT11 function may impact Golgi-localized N-glycan fucosylation.
