GlycoErase™ FUT8 Knockout CHO-K1 Cell Line (CAT#: GLJF-0425-JF25)

Datasheet
SizeQtyAdd To Basket
2 M cells/vial*2

Description The FUT8 knockout CHO-K1 cell line examines FUT8, fucosyltransferase 8, function in CHO-K1 cells. FUT8 catalyzes core fucosylation of N-glycans. FUT8 knockout in CHO cells may disrupt core fucosylation, a key modification affecting antibody ADCC, thus optimizing CHO therapeutic antibody production.
