Description The GFUS knockout CHO-K1 cell line is constructed to study the role of GFUS GDP-L-fucose synthase in CHO-K1 cells as GFUS synthesizes GDP-L-fucose a substrate for various fucosyltransferases and the CHO cell GFUS knockout model may disrupt GDP-L-fucose and fucosylated glycan synthesis broadly impacting CHO cell fucosylation engineering endeavors.
