Description To study GXYLT1 glucoside xylosyltransferase 1 function in CHO-S cells, and to investigate its role in adding the first xylose to O-glucose-modified EGF repeats, the GXYLT1 knockout CHO-S cell line provides a model to examine O-glucose modification disruption and its potential effects on EGF repeat-containing proteins like NOTCH1 in CHO-S cells.
