GlycoErase™ HEK293F-ΔB3GNT4 Cell Line

CAT#: GLJF-0425-JF374

Datasheet Request COA
Overview
Description
This B3GNT4 knockout (HEK293F) cell line lacks the B3GNT4 protein, a UDP-GlcNAc:betaGal beta-1,3-O-acetylglucosaminyltransferase 4. This gene encodes a member of the beta-1,3-O-acetylglucosaminyltransferase protein family. The encoded enzyme is involved in the biosynthesis of poly-N-acetyllactosamine chains and prefers lacto-N-neotetraose as a substrate. Loss of B3GNT4 function may disrupt the biosynthesis of poly-N-acetyllactosamine chains.
