Description This FUT5 knockout (HEK293F) cell line lacks the FUT5 protein, a fucosyltransferase 5. It enables 3-galactosyl-N-acetylglucosaminide 4-alpha-L-fucosyltransferase activity and 4-galactosyl-N-acetylglucosaminide 3-alpha-L-fucosyltransferase activity. Loss of FUT5 function may alter fucosylation patterns on glycans.
