GlycoErase™ HEK293F-ΔFUT7 Cell Line (CAT#: GLJF-0425-JF280)

Datasheet
SizeQtyAdd To Basket
2 M cells/vial*2

Description This FUT7 knockout (HEK293F) cell line lacks the FUT7 protein, a fucosyltransferase 7. The protein encoded by this gene is a Golgi stack membrane protein that is involved in the creation of sialyl-Lewis X antigens. The encoded protein can direct the synthesis of the E-selectin ligand sialyl-Lewis X. Loss of FUT7 function may disrupt sialyl-Lewis X synthesis and affect cell adhesion.
