GlycoErase™ HEK293F-ΔMAN2B1 Cell Line (CAT#: GLJF-0425-JF312)

Datasheet
SizeQtyAdd To Basket
2 M cells/vial*2

Description This MAN2B1 knockout (HEK293F) cell line lacks the MAN2B1 protein, a mannosidase alpha class 2B member 1. This gene encodes an enzyme that hydrolyzes terminal, non-reducing alpha-D-mannose residues in alpha-D-mannosides. Its activity is necessary for the catabolism of N-linked carbohydrates released during glycoprotein turnover. Loss of MAN2B1 function may impact carbohydrate catabolism.
