Description This MGAT4C knockout (HEK293F) cell line lacks the MGAT4C protein, an MGAT4 family member C. This gene encodes a key glycosyltransferase that regulates the formation of tri- and multiantennary branching structures in the Golgi apparatus. Loss of MGAT4C function may disrupt N-glycan branching.
