GlycoErase™ HEK293F-ΔPMM2 Cell Line

CAT#: GLJF-0425-JF326

Datasheet Request COA
Overview
Description
This PMM2 knockout (HEK293F) cell line lacks the PMM2 protein, a phosphomannomutase 2. The protein encoded by this gene catalyzes the isomerization of mannose 6-phosphate to mannose 1-phosphate, which is a precursor of GDP-mannose necessary for the synthesis of dolichol-P-linked oligosaccharide. Loss of PMM2 function may disrupt dolichol-linked oligosaccharide synthesis.
